Advanced Amusements offers you 2 choices for your school fetes.
You hire the rides outright and keep all of the takings. If you wish to secure our school fete rides for hire outright, simply make a list of which rides you require and then call, email, or fill in our online enquiry form. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the cost of our school fete rides for hire.
A commission agreement with no upfront costs (conditions apply). We started offering commission packages 20 years ago to schools that did not have a school fete ride hire and organisational budget to start with. Then we found that after getting their fetes off the ground, they would then have the confidence to move forward and start with a budget for their next fete.
Firstly, the date is the most important aspect. Thus, please have a few options available to you when discussing your date. Once a date has been agreed upon, it is then time to choose a ride package. Once we agree to a ride package, it is then time to agree on a financial arrangement. We offer the school 20% of the gross ride takings. Also the school has the option to staff the ticket box, or we can handle that as well.

We have been offering wristband packages for over 20 years. Over this period we have fine-tuned and refined our formula so all of our customers will get the maximum return from their sales.
You first need to set a pre-sale price for your wristbands. The ideal price for this is to be determined by the value of the ride package (we can advise you on this).
It is desirable for the wristbands to be advertised for sale at least 6 weeks prior to the date of the Fete. The cut off period for the presale should be the Monday prior to the Fete. Wristbands would then next be on sale on the day of the fete, but at a higher cost (this cost will depend on the price of the presale). Single ride tickets would also be sold on the day at a price that is acceptable.
We supply you with a coupon receipt book that the committee uses when pre-selling the unlimited ride wristbands. On the day of the Fete the coupons are redeemed for a wristband which is to be put on by a committee member. You also have the option to staff the ticket booth yourselves, or we can supply experienced ticket sellers for the event.
